Subscription refunds

Hotels I work with have 10+ software systems that don't talk to each other. Is this normal in other industries too? subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Requesting a refund

If you believe you have been charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@hotels-i-work-with-have-10-software-systems-that-d.hivetechs.io. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
